Now it is more than 24 hours since that cataclysmic attempt by actress Aarti Agarwal.

She has been discharged from hospital and doctors say there was never really anything to worry.

In the event, some questions about the whole thong can indeed be asked.

In fact, some sections of the industry are already asking that. And many of them are not so palatable.

Some of them even go to the extent of suggesting that it was all a publicity stunt pulled off in time before Soggadu's release ---the film stars Aarti and Tharun, the man who is said to be having an affair with her.

Tharun, of course, has been quick to distance himself from the whole thing. He has said there was no affair between them.

Many accusing fingers are indeed pointed at Aarti's father Shashank.

The fact that Aarti had an emotional showdown with him before allegedly drinking the cleaning liquid meant that there was some major disagreement.

Entire Tollywood knows that Shashank does not like Tharun and the duo doesn't get along well.

Intriguingly, both Aarti and her little sister Aditi were spotted at a popular pub till late into the night on Wednesday. The duo was seen pouring out huge drinks there. Wonder who was there along with them? But Tharun, of course.

The sisters are also said to have created a bit of scene by emotionally crying in public place.

But Aarti, upon being discharged from hospital said, she was sick of answering questions about her wedding date. She said she had drunk a glass of cleaner and was about to drink a glass of phenyl when her sister stopped her.

"I don't have any problems with my family. I am happy with my family members but I am disturbed by the rumors about me. Rumors are normal. But this time they crossed the limits. They are linking me to different people. I am from a traditional family and I want to remain a traditional girl. I am sensitive. I don't like parties that are very common in the industry. But there is a limit. I became mentally disturbed. My family and my father were troubled by the rumors. People were calling me up from America. My family got a bad name. I got upset. I went into the bathroom and drank whatever came to my hand. I should not have attempted suicide," she said.

She has given some answers. But some questions still remain.
