A news item carried in a daily stating that Aishwarya Rai replaces Kareena Kapoor in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's ambitious Bajirao Mastani has everyone closely associated with the director highly puzzled.
It's true that Aishwarya visited Sanjay last week at his home. But they absolutely and positively didn't discuss any movie together. Both the director and actress insist her visit had no professional motives behind it.
