Pushpa, SVP leaks: Pirates to be punished soon

On August 8, hours before the release of the teaser for Mahesh Babu's 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata', portions from the teaser were leaked. The leaked version went viral in no time. This prompted the producers of the movie, Mythri Movie Makers, to advance the release time of the teaser, which was released at midnight all of a sudden. Something similar happened in the case of Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa', which is also produced by MMM, as well. The first song got leaked a day before it was to be out on August 13.

The leaks have upset the production house. It has lodged a complaint with the Cyber Crime Department in Hyderabad. "Some miscreants derived a sadistic pleasure by leaking them. They killed the audience's excitement and experience by doing so. We took the issue seriously and lodged a complaint. Swift action will be taken against the culprits. All the pirates who are directly and indirectly involved in the piracy will be punished by the law," the banner said on Sunday.
