'Pushpa: The Rise' has surprised Bollywood trade pundits by raking in a good amount of moolah at the box office. The actioner has upturned all downgraded expectations in the wake of feeble promotions in Hindi. Proving everyone wrong, the Sukumar directorial is also tiding over the 'Spider-Man' challenge.
Taking note of the reception, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar congratulated Allu Arjun, saying that the response for the movie has been massive all over India. "This one is another big win for our industry…planning to watch it real soon," he added.
On his part, the Icon Star thanked the 'Sooryavanshi' actor. "Nice of you to send your warm wishes. Congratulations to you too. Glad people are coming back to theatres and the Indian Film industry started shining again," the 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' star tweeted.
Shreyas Talpade has dubbed for Bunny in the Hindi dubbed version. Bunny said that he is planning to see him soon.
'Pushpa: The Rule', the second part, will be shot from March next year. It will release in 2022 itself. Fahadh Faasil is its main antagonist, not Sunil or Ajay Ghosh.
Congratulations @alluarjun on the massive response you have received from all over India for #PushpaTheRise, another big win for our industry…planning to watch it real soon. @GTelefilms pic.twitter.com/7GAL78rPha
