'Pushpa' is the latest big-ticket film to confirm its release date. Just a couple of days after Rajamouli-Jr NTR-Ram Charan's 'RRR' locked October 13 as the release date, he is 'Pushpa' that has done it.

The pan-India project, directed by Sukumar, will hit the screens on August 13. It will release simultaneously in all major south Indian languages as well as Hindi.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media, the film's major portions of shoot are still pending. "#PUSHPA loading in theatres from 13th August 2021. Excited to meet you all in cinemas this year. Hoping to create the same magic one more time with dearest," Bunny tweeted.

With Devi Sri Prasad as the music director, Miroslaw Kuba Brozek is its cinematographer. Rashmika Mandanna is its heroine.
