As per a trade report, the Sukumar directorial has netted Rs 20.14 Cr in just five days. On Tuesday, which was its Day 5, the Hindi version made Rs 4.05 Cr.
The actioner had the second-best Monday after 'Sooryavanshi' for a Hindi film in 2021. When it was feared to hit choppy waters due to near-zero promotions and the 'Spider-Man' delirium in urban markets, 'Pushpa' has shaken up all expectations for good.
Allu Arjun and team are excited about the performance. The Tamil and Malayalam versions, too, have hit the purple patch. Bunny has established himself as a pan-India star. No wonder that Mythri Movie Makers wants to make 'Pushpa: The Rule' (second part) on a much more lavish scale.
The second part will complete its shoot by September or so next year. It is expected to be a massive release in December. Bunny is taking rest for now.
