In a year of Puri overdose, Romeo is another film which has both story and dialogues by the prolific film maker. Starring Sairam Shankar and Adonika, it is directed by Gopi Ganesh.

Coming with the tagline 'Puri rasina prema katha..', it tells the story of a boy who comes to Europe from India and a girl who comes to the same place from New York.

DNR makers in legal trouble

The Malkajgiri court in Hyderabad ordered that the police slap a case against the producer, director and two actors of Dhenikaina Reddy following a petition filed by certain Brahmin organizations. The organizations alleged that the film has dialogues that slight the Brahmin community and also some of the characters, who are Brahmins, are portrayed in a cheap light.
