As was made clear at the grand launch of 'Jaguar', Nikhil Kumar is looking at carving a name for himself in the Telugu States as well. As he awaits the release of 'Jaguar', a Kannada-Tamil bilingual, on Oct 6, Nikhil's father (HD Kumaraswamy, the former CM of Karnataka) has grand plans for making Nikhil a most talked-about name.

If everything goes well, the ace producer-distributor of Sandalwood will produce one film each with Puri Jagannadh, Koratala Siva and Trivikram Srinivas! In fact, it was Puri who was Kumaraswamy's first choice. Puri did narrate a story which the father-son duo liked. However, when Vijayendra Prasad narrated a story, it was liked better. Thus, the project with Puri was put on hold.

A fledgling actor can't ask for more. It has to be seen if these efforts see fruition. After all, with the exception of Puri, the other two directors are not known to work at a fast pace. Also, their calendar is filled up with back-to-back projects. Nikhil will be more than lucky if he manages to work with these three biggest directors of Tollywood.
