If the Teaser of 'Mehbooba' is anything to go by, Puri Jagannadh has toiled the hardest for his son's movie. If the visuals are rich, the aerial shots, the war zone trappings and the backdrop leave little about the Mehbooba's ambitious scale.

Starring Akash Puri and Neha Shetty as lovers whose feelings transcend borders, the action-romance also features Vishu Reddy as the main antagonist. Sayaji Shinde, Murali Sharma and Ashwini Kalsekar are part of the cast.

Produced by Puri Jagannadh under Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies and Co-produced by Puri Connects, this one has music by Sandeep Chowta. Vishnu Sarma's cinematography is promising. Junaid Siddiqui's editing and Jonny Shaik's art direction are also a cut above the rest, one feels.
