A TV channel reported that Puri Jagannadh is not at all interested in directing Chiranjeevi's 150th film and it is the reason why he announced his third film with Mahesh Babu, instead of concentrating on the prestigious project.

Puri Jagannadh is not happy with the rumours and requested the TV channel not to carry such baseless stories, which hurt him and the fans a lot. As a fan of Chiranjeevi, Puri Jagannadh is very happy with the opportunity to direct the much anticipated film. This film will be launched on August 22nd and the regular shooting starts in September. Though some names are being considered, no one has been finalized as the lead actress opposite Chiru in this film.
