'Turning 30' actor Purab Kohli proudly says that he now ends every workout with ab routine and all thanks goes to his co-star and close friend Arjun Rampal. Actor Purab said, "Arjun has gotten me addicted to ab workouts. Whenever I get time permitted during our busy schedule in Meghalaya, we would hit the gym. Arjun carried some interesting equipment with him and he would let me have a go at it."

He also adds, that he follows Arjun's ab workout regularly. The first time we worked out together, he (Arjun) made me do close to 2000 crunches. I was in serious pain the next day, but now it's almost two months since and I end every workout with his ab routine. The movie 'Rock On 2' that features actors Farhan Akhtar, Shraddha Kapoor and Prachi Desai, is a sequel to the 2008 hit film 'Rock On!!'.
