The sequel to Jayasurya-Ranjith Sankar's 'Punyalan Agarbathis' has been titled as 'Punyalan Private Limited'. The title was officially announced by director Ranjith Sankar himself through his Facebook handle along with the poster of the movie.

'Punyalan Agarbathis', the 2013 release is a socio-political satire, about a Thrissur based young entrepreneur Joy Thakkolkaran, who tries hard to succeed in his business of incense sticks. Produced by Jayasurya and Ranjith Sankar under the banner of Dreams N Beyond, the movie featured Jayasurya and Nyla Usha in the lead roles.

The sequel will have all the characters and will be a continuation of the first part. Reportedly, the movie will start from where Punyalan Agarbattis ended. The new project will also be produced by Jayasurya and Ranjith Sankar under the banner of Dreams N Beyond. Nothing much has been revealed about the rest of the cast and crew of the movie.
