The second schedule of 'Punnami Nagu' directed by A Kodandarami Reddy and produced by G Vijaykumar Goud on the banner of Sound and Claps with Mumait Khan and Rajiv Kanakala in the lead was completed recently.

Producer says, 'We completed the second schedule by shooting film in Ramanaidu Studio, Golconda Fort, Rock Castle and Nanakramguda and other such locations. Over 80 per cent shooting, besides three fights and one song were completed so far. Popular Tamil director Manobala is being introduced as an artiste through this movie. He would enthrall the audiences with his comedy as an inspector of police.'

Director says, 'Yandamuri Virendranath gave the story for the film while the film has all kinds of elements that could attract mass audiences. We are trying to project Mumait Khan in a novel angle.'

Orni, Lochan, Vinodkumar, Madhu, MS Narayana, Srinivasa Reddy, 'Allari' Suhasini and others are in the cast, while Nalini is playing the role of a sorceress.
