Ram Gopal Varma has expressed his opinion on the demise of an otherwise fit and healthy Puneeth Rajkumar, who suffered a heart attack at the age of 46 and passed away this Friday. In his tweet, the filmmaker today said that untimely death and a healthy lifestyle are not correlated. Describing his thesis as the "hard truth", Varma went on to get philosophical as well.
Taking to social media, Varma tweeted that the tragic case of Puneeth Rajkumar's death exposes the hard truth that there is no correlation between healthy habits, regular workouts, etc. and sudden death. He then added, "Why death does not care about who it is killing and why it is killing, only GOD can answer if he is at all there (sic)."
The filmmaker added that Puneeth's demise feels like a bad dream.
Times of India today reported that most of Puneeth's workout regime included cross fit, martial arts and Yoga which the Sandalwood superstar used to practice at his home even during the lockdown period. It's no surprise that WhatsApp and social media platforms are abuzz with workout session videos of Puneeth.
