The No.1 star of Kannada cinema Puneeth Rajakumar celebrated his 35th birthday with innumerable fans thronging his new residence behind the CBI office in RT Nagar while after Ganapathi Homa the top comedy hero Jaggesh who is very comfortable in political life too celebrated his 47th birthday on 17th March in his Malleswaram residence.

Both the stars Puneeth Rajakumar and Jaggesh birthday bash turned out to be very special this year because the delight is more day after Ugadi day (the commencement of ‘Vikrutha’ Samvasthara for people of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh).

Puneeth Rajakumar went to his father Dr Rajakumar memorial in Kanteerava studios and prayed for good wishes. He came to his new house in RT Nagar (the Sadashivanagar house has been demolished at present for new three houses flat) where the fans in thousands were waiting outside to get his darshan. He cut a huge cake and took blessings from his mother Smt Parvathamma Rajakumar.

There were two little kids of Puneeth Rajakumar giving final touches to the greeting card with crayons on hand. Puneeth Rajakumar received this special greeting from his two daughters Druthi (7 years) and Vanditha (3 years). Raghavendra Rajakumar the elder brother, family members, producer Soorappa Babu and Jayanna were seen in the morning. For every ten minutes Puneeth Rajakumar received guests from the industry and every five minutes he picked phone calls to receive the birthday wishes.

At Malleswaram actor cum politician Jaggesh conducted Ganapathi Homa in his home on the occasion of his 47th birthday. KCN Chandrasekhar, Jaggesh father, elder brother, younger brother and comedy star Komal Kumar, other family members took part in the cake cutting celebration after the ritual.

At Y King posh restaurant in Malleswaram near MES College Jaggesh is hosting the party to the guests after 7 pm.
