An original script film ‘Krishnan Love Story’ and remake Kannada film ‘Punda’ (of ‘Polladhavan’ Tamil film) are in the battle of box office this week. In both the films motorbike is the common factor and both the films are in the cinematography of Shekar Chandru.

Two local heroines are in the contest. Radhika Pandit is having her fourth release in ‘Sagar’ prominent theatre in Bangalore and Meghana Raj the daughter of star couple Pramila Joshai and Sunder Raj with good name in Tamil and Telugu is her making debut in her home ground that is ‘Punda’.

Sri Venkateshwara Krupa Enterprises’ Uday K Mehtha and Mohan G Naik produced ‘Krishnan Love Story’ is 75 percent original and 25 percent is imagination of director Shashank who is in his third directorial venture. Ajay of ‘Taj Mahal’ fame is playing the male lead with Radhika Pandit in this film.

‘Punda’ is a remake of Tamil star Dhanush and Kannada actress Ramya starring ‘Polladhavan’ that also star Kishore in important role. This is a Super Good Combines film produced by V Kuppuswamy and M Kumar.

Yogish plays the bike crazy hero. The 75 percent of the film shooting is held in the night effect. Avinash, Thulasi Shivamani, Sharat Lohitashva, Petrol Prasanna, Killer Venkatesh, Ranadheera Venkatesh, Asharani, Nagsekhar, Vishwa, Shanker Bhat are also in the cast.
