Among the 40 CRPF Jawans killed in the deadly suicide bombing staged by Jaish E Mohammed terror outfit at J&K is a soldier from Tamilnadu, Subramanian. As his family in Thoothukudi received the information of his valiant death, they are shell shocked and the whole village is mourning his death.

The internal affairs ministry had released the list of soldiers who lost their lives in the terror attack and in the list Subramanian belonging to Seevalaperi village next to Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi district was also present. After getting the information, his father Ganapathi had said that the Indian army must retaliate and give a fitting reply to the attack,and destroy the conspiracy of terrorists.

It was before an year that Subramanian got married to Krishnaveni, and he had been to to his native village for Pongal holidays, and joined back duty only on last Sunday. While his father Ganapathi can be still seen questioning with doubt if Subramanian is just injured or is he really dead, and his wife is depressed as he had spoken yesterday afternoon to her, and by evening he had been killed. The whole of Seevalaperi village has been pained and mourning over his untimely death.
