Pulimurugan first song is officially releasd. The film has Mohanlal in the lead playing the title role of Pulimurugan. It is a big budget film produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam in the banner of Mulakupadam films and is a much anticipated film of the year. The film directed by Vysakh is expected to release on October 7.

The song shown in the video is sung by Yesudas and Chithra. It is rich with scenic locations and shots from deep inside the forest depicting the forest life. In the song, the happy family life of Murugan is shown in the backdrop of a forest. Kamalini Mukherjee dons the role of the Mohanlal`s wife, Vinu Mohan as the brother and Lal as the friend. Other cast includes Namitha, M.R. Gopakumar, Jagapathi Babu, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Bala, Kishore etc. Music is by Gopi Sunder.
