Vijay's 'Puli' Telugu rights bagged for a whopping

The pre release buzz surrounding the release of Vijay-starrer Puli has just gotten bigger. The latest we hear is that SVR Media bagged the Telugu theatrical distribution rights of Vijay starrer Puli` for a whopping.

Trade sources say that the rights have been bagged for a whopping 8 crores. SVR Media earlier distributed Vijay`s blockbuster film Tupaki in Telugu and exudes confidence that Puli will recreate Tupaki` magic.

The adventure fantasy, written and directed by Chimbu Deven, features Vijay in a dual role, alongside Sridevi, Shruti Haasan, Hansika Motwani and Nandita.
