Thalapathy Vijay’s recently concluded birthday was celebrated across India in a grand manner, with fans from several cities and towns making their contribution towards the welfare of the society in their beloved hero’s name.

Meanwhile, fans of the actor in Puducherry announced that buses in the union territory that carried the stickers of Vijay would be operated free of charge the entire day. Executives of Puducherry’s “Vijay Makkal Iyakkam” stuck posters of the actor in buses all over the place and also offered several welfare schemes. The first look and the title of Vijay’s upcoming movie Thalapathy 63 a.k.a BIGIL was released on the eve of his birthday while the second and third look posters were released on his birthday.

BIGIL, written and directed by Atlee, is produced by Kalpathi. S. Aghoram under the AGS Entertainment banner. The movie stars Nayanthara in the lead alongside Vijay, while A.R. Rahman has composed the music for the film.
