Months before Megastar Chiranjeevi formed his Praja Rajyam Party, there were rumours that he might well do a socially-relevant film so as to buttress his credentials. In fact, 'Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy' was one of the most touted candidates, although it's not really a social drama. Mega fans were eagerly waiting for a film that would have their icon speak powerful dialogues of the 'Tagore' variety. In the end, Chiru couldn't do that film of the fan's dreams. He launched a party without doing his 150th film. Rest, as they say, is a history that bored us no end!
What Chiru couldn't do in 2008, his brother could do in 2018. The buzz is that Pawan Kalyan's 26th movie will have the trappings of a socially-relevant drama that will go into complementing Jana Sena Party's political agenda for 2019.
As of now, no official word has come about. There are rumours that Power Star will apportion 1/3rd of his time to this movie in 2018 and complete it successfully.
The crazy project will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers and directed by Santosh Srinivas.
