Protesters try to lay siege to Rajini's house over his 'anti-social' comments

It’s a well known fact that Rajinikanth visited Tuticorin yesterday and awarded cash relief for those affected by the Sterlite protests. However his comments pertaining to the protests about the infiltration of anti social elements has stoke controversy.
This evening, members belonging to the Tamilaga Makkal Jananayaka Katchi tried to siege Superstar’s Poes Garden residence. And the members also began a protest in TTK Road by waving flags and shouting slogans when Rajini was on his way to his home. Police has arrested the protestors.
It should be noted that the police had earlier arranged security measures around Poes Garden to avert such activities.
