Proposal to direct Chaitanya is on: Director

Mohankrishna Indraganti was expected to team up with Naga Chaitanya after the success of Nani's 'Gentleman'. However, he did 'Ami Thumi' with Vennela Kishore.

Ahead of the release of his next film 'Sammohanam', the acclaimed director of 'Ashta Chamma' and 'Golkonda High School' says that talks for a film with Chay have been held several times in recent past. The proposal is still there.

Indraganti was keen on an action film with the Akkineni star. However, since 'Savyasachi' too is a thrilling actioner, Indraganti has had a change of mind regarding the genre.

In all probability, if and when the actor-director duo team up, it will be a breezy film.
