Rumors have been swirling around about Jr NTR's alleged legal involvement in a land dispute, reportedly prompting him to approach the Telangana High Court for relief. According to one report, the actor was said to be entangled in a dispute over a plot of land in Jubilee Hills valued at 24 crore. The news quickly spread across various platforms. However, Jr NTR's team swiftly refuted these claims.

The initial report suggested that Jr NTR had accused the previous owner's relatives of fabricating documents to secure loans against the land, which he purportedly purchased back in 2003 for 36 lakh. It was claimed that the property, now housing a lavish residence built by the actor, had appreciated to the tune of 24 crore. Additionally, it was stated that the Debt Recovery Tribunal had issued an order, granting priority to banks regarding the property.

Quoting Jr NTR's alleged statement to the court, the report mentioned, “The title documents submitted to the banks and those in my possession were subjected to forensic examination, confirming the authenticity of my documents. The bankers involved are now facing criminal charges,” in response to the court's inquiry about why he approached the court rather than the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal.

However, in the wake of widespread speculation, Jr NTR's team released a statement denying any connection between the actor and the disputed land, asserting that he had sold the property in 2013. The press note clarified, “Regarding the news circulating today concerning Mr. NTR, we wish to clarify that Mr. NTR sold the aforementioned property in 2013. We kindly request refraining from associating Mr. NTR's name with any reporting related to the aforementioned property. (sic)”

Looking ahead, Jr NTR has an array of promising projects on the horizon. He is set to make his Bollywood debut in Ayan Mukherji’s War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan. Additionally, he will headline Koratala Siva’s Devara: Part 1, marking the southern debut of Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. Furthermore, Jr NTR has committed to starring in Prashanth Neel’s upcoming project following his stint in Salaar.
