It might be hard to accept, but life is not all easy for celebrities sometimes. And especially so for singers in general. How many times have we heard about popular rock stars being stalked around by their (crazy?) fans. Seems like famous Bollywood singer Palak Muchhal of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo fame was at the receiving end of it.

A 30 year old man named Rajesh Shukla has been arrested by the Mumbai police for reportedly harassing and stalking the singer over phone and threatening her. The man had allegedly disturbed the actress by texting her and requesting to meet. When the singer did not oblige, his texts became much more abusive and violent.

It is worth noting here that the fan who stalked the singer is a professor hailing from Bihar. A FIR has been filed against him under sections 354 D (stalking) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
