Two days after the release of this much-acclaimed sci-fi, the trailer of Okka Ammayi Tappa has only reinforced Nithya's image as a no-nonsense, professional actress who values the story as the ultimate hero. In this thriller, Nithya is seen playing a girl-next-door wooed by the hero (Sundeep Kishan) on a gridlocked highway. As the writer-turned-director Raja Simha has said, Nithya let the director to write scenes the way the story needed instead of tinkering with it for her sake. No wonder that the thoroughly professional diva has come under praise from all quarters.

In the coming months, she is going to charm us in versatile roles in films like Iru Mugan (the Vikram starrer) and Janata Garage (the NTR starrer).
