Why 'Thimiru Pudichavan' could not release with 'Sarkar'? Here is the truth
Send us your feedback to audioarticles@vaarta.com
We had earlier reported about the opposition to release the film 'Thimiru Pudichavan' on November 16th as three other films including director Radha Mohan's 'Kaatrin Mozhi' have acquired Tamil Film Producers Council to release their film on 16th.
Dhananjayan the producer of 'Kaatrin Mozhi' had said that 'Thirmiru Pudichavan' first got approval to release their film on November 6th but they dropped out and hence they cannot stake claim to release the film on November 16.
Fathima Vijay Antony the producer of 'Thirmiru Pudichavan' has opened up about why her film could not be released on Diwali festival day. She has said Vijay starrer 'Sarkar' was allocated 800+ screens and hence they could not get enough screens and this made them back out of the scheduled release date. She has also said the producer council which takes care of date regulation is not regulating the availability of screens for all films.
However, Fathima has also said that she will abide by the instructions of Producers Council which is supporting them during the hard phase.
Yes the date was missed by the distributors as there was no screens available,Sarkar occupied 800+ screens in TN, which was a shock ,so how do we get screens,as promised by the provider counsil there was no screen regulation, but they come in date regulation.still....we request
