There is already a buzz on social media that Suriya 42 title announcement will be made with a terrific promo video and it is slated to be launched on April 14. Now, producer Gnanavel Raja confirmed that the title and release date of Suriya 42 will be revealed on April 14, Tamil New Year.

Gnanvel Raja also added that the crew has prepared the film's teaser, which will come out in May 2023. Reportedly, he said that the budget of Suriya 42 is three times larger than the actor's recent films. Sources say that Suriya 42 is a mega-budget fantasy flick in which Suriya sports multiple looks with Disha Patani as the heroine and Devi Sri Prasad as the music composer.
