Audio release functions especially for the films having top heroes like Vijay are always special. Mainly because these are the rare events where they can get an opportunity to listen their favourite actor speak and interact with fans.

The audio release of Vijay films have always been a grand gala affair and the Thalapathy's speech will be the highlight of the event. Vijay's speeches in the audio launch of his 2015 film 'Puli' and 2016 blockbuster 'Theri' became hot topic of debate among fans as well as general movie buffs. His latest release 'Bhairava' did not have a formal audio launch function.

As the star is busy shooting for his 61st film which is also the landmark 100th film of Thenandal Studios, expectations over a grand audio release event is mounting up also because Isaipuyal A.R.Rahman has rendered the music score for the film. It has been already confirmed the music album will be released in the month of August 2017. Will there be a audio release event?

Hema Rukmini, the CEO of Thenandal answers this question in her exclusive Red Carpet Interview to IndiaGlitz.

"We are planning to (have an audio launch). Because this is our 100th film and it is such a musical treat by Rahman sir. So it will be wonderful if we can have an audio launch; we are really looking forward to it. It's also Vijay sir's film, it's also our 100th film... all three things coming together. So I think it deserves a big celebration."

So we can expect a mega audio launch function for 'Mersal' and they can look forward for yet another fantastic speech from the star himself.
