As we reported earlier director Atlee had zeroed in on the title Khaki` for his cop thriller and his hero Vijay too was very much impressed with it. Once the news leaked out the fans of the Illayathalapathy too were thrilled. But now we hear that there are a couple of problems in getting the title.

One report says that a film titled Khaki` was already started and dropped midway with Sarathkumar and Namitha in the lead directed by Vincent Selva and produced by former partners actor Jayaprakash and Gnanavelraja and since the producers are now not in good terms there will be some trouble getting them both to agree on letting go of it.

Other media sources are of the opinion that Senthilkumar, the director of the Gowndamani, Shantanu and Prithvi starrer Vaaimai` holds the rights for the title and is not keen to part with it. Since producer Thanu is also the head of the Producer Council it is likely that he will do his best to negotiate and get the Khaki` title preferred by Illayathalapathy and announce it on Diwali day as planned.
