Priyanka Gandhi makes a funny statement

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra today made an almost ridiculous statement in Rae Bareli. Reacting to the Congress' performance in the recently Assembly elections and bypolls, whose results were declared today, this is what she said: I haven't seen the latest trends. I am really happy at both Haryana and Maharashtra. We also are happy about the fact that here in Uttar Pradesh, our vote percentage has increased.
The fact is that Congress has performed reasonably well only in Haryana, where it's not the single-largest party. In Maharashtra, it's at No. 4, trailing the NCP! As for the UP bypolls this is the scenario: Out of 11 seats, the BJP leading in 7, the SP in 2 and the BSP and the Apna Dal one each leads. Where is the Congress? asks Smita Prakash.
Priyanka and her party leaders, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, need to redraw strategies to boost their party.
