Priyanka Chopra's 'Jai Gangaajal' goes tax-free in Madhya Pradesh

International and Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra was last movie in the movie 'Jai Gangaajal' and that did an average at the box office. The good news about the movie came to light when, filmmaker Prakash Jha opened up saying that the movie has been declared tax-free in Madhya Pradesh.

Fans went gaga over the news, when Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took to Twitter and announced that the movie - 'Neerja' and 'Jai Gangaajal' have been declared tax free in the state. He wrote saying, "Films promoting women empowerment, like 'Neerja' and 'Jai Gangaajal' to be declared tax free in the state, on the directives of CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan."

Filmmaker and actor Prakash Jha was excited over the news and thanked CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan from the bottom of his heart. Jha tweeted saying, "Grateful to Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Madhya Pradesh."

The movie 'Jai Gangaajal' revolves around Jha who played the role of a corrupt police officer named B.N. Singh, while Priyanka was seen playing a officer named Abha Mathur.
