Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra is busy cementing her place in the Hollywood these days. She has already become a popular name by starring in projects like 'Quantico', 'Baywatch', 'We Can Be Heroes' and others and now she's all set to star in the highly anticipated sequel of the iconic 'Matrix' franchise. The actress had a brief appearance in the trailer which was released a few months ago but there weren't any explanations regarding her character.

The trailer featured Priyanka's character waiting for Neo in a cafe while reading Alice In The Wonderland. However, the latest poster of her character has made some things clear. The recently released Korean poster revealed that Priyanaka's character is named Sati. The caption on the post could be translated as, “#Satiㅣ#Priyanka Chopra Foretelling the root of action!” #Matrix_Resurrection colorful character posters released #Matrix #Lana Wachowski #IMAX release in December.”

The character of Sati was seen in the last film of franchise, 'The Matrix Revolutions' where she was seen as a child. Apparently Priyanka will portray the grown-up version of the character.
