International icon and Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra on Thursday took to her social media and thanked Variety Magazine for including her in the ‘Variety 500’ list of most influential business leaders shaping the global USD 2 trillion entertainment industry among the dozen Indians listed.
Taking to her Instagram page, she wrote, “Big thanks to @variety for including me in your #Variety500 for the second year in a row! What makes this one extra special is the little name right above mine... @purplepebblepictures. Stories are at the heart of everything we do, regardless of genre or language, and it's a wonderful feeling to know we're on the right path. This would not be possible without my team, and most importantly, my incredible partner and co-founder, @madhumalati.
Feels like miles to go, but truly grateful for every step we take.”

On the work front, the actress will next be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bharat’ opposite Salman Khan. The first schedule of the film has already started. She is also working on ‘The Sky is Pink’ alongside Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim.
