Priyanka Chopra suffers influenza

While the promotions of Zoya Akhtar's much awaited film 'Dil Dhadakne Do' are going on in full swing, one of its lead stars, Priyanka Chopra, sadly has to give a miss to the events. The actress-singer, who was not keeping well of late, found to have been diagnosed with infuenza.
Couple of days back, PeeCee had tweeted that she is not able to attend her film's promotion in Delhi as she is sick. "Sickness keeping me away from delhi #DDD promotions today.. Hopefully steaming and anti biotics will make me ok Tom! #BelievingInMagic zzzz", Priyanka wrote. However, later after visiting the doctor, Priyanka was told that she is having influenza. Thanking her fans for their concern, PC had tweeted, "Thank u all for asking!doc says its Influenza!Sounds scary nah?But started meds n off to promotion!+ve energies of team #DDD helping majorly".
We hope the "Desi Girl" recovers soon, as DDD is slated to hit the screens this week on 5th June.
