Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, who got married to American singer Nick Jonas over a year ago, disclosed in a recent interview that she wished to start a family with her husband at the appropriate time.

"Right now, this year is really packed for me in terms of the work that I'm doing and the work that I've taken on. But having a family is very important to me and it always has been. It is something that I definitely want to do and I'm hoping that whenever God wills it, at the right, opportune time, it'll happen." She also expressed in one of her earlier interviews that wished to experience motherhood someday.

After dating American singer Nick Jonas for a few months, the couple got hitched in December last year. Priyanka has been actively working in Bollywood as well, and her recently released movie, The Sky is Pink, starring Farhan Akhtar, received positive reviews.
