This makes it the second consecutive year that Priyanka makes it to the top ranking on the magazine’s Hottest List, an annual poll with some of the most gorgeous women competing for the crown.

Said an elated Piggy Chops, "It’s a huge honour to be on top of this list again, and when I hear that I’m the only one who’s been No. 1 twice, it’s wonderful. I’m a little speechless, actually.
