The new mom Priyanka Chopra is back on the sets of her upcoming series Citadel. And, she seems to be putting her blood, sweat and tears into the project. Yes its true, we say this because she shared a photo of her bruised face drenched in blood.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Priyanka shared a picture in which her face was covered with (fake) blood. The actress was casually enjoying ice cream while she waited for the shoot to resume. Sharing the selfie, Priyanka said, “Ice cream for lunch. Shoulda seen the other guy (winking emoji)."

As Priyanka’s photo from the sets has gone viral on social media. While a section of the fans has launched posts wishing for Priyanka’s speedy recovery, the other section is busy correcting the rest of the fans about the post.

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra most recently appeared inThe Matrix Resurrections as Sati. She will also feature in It's All Coming Back to Me and Jee Le Zaraa, in addition to Citadel.
