Director Priyadarshan is busy. The remake specialist, as he is called by many in the industry, is at the moment working on recreating the magic of director Samuthirakani’s ‘Nadodigal’ in Hindi. Priyan who modifies his films to suit the audience of that particular region, it seems, recently watched Samuthirakani’s ‘Poraali.’

The film seems to have impressed Priyan, who has also conveyed the same to the 'Poraali' director. The former has also promised Kani that he would help him take the film to the Bollywood audience. Priyan is also believed to have told Kani that he would guide him in remaking the film in Hindi.

Not stopping at just that Priyan has also promised Samuthirakani that he would help Samuthirakani in finding the right actors to essay the roles in the Bollywood version and also hunt for a production company to fund this project.

Now Samuthirakani is a happy man. The director has a lot of respect and adulation for Priyan. He revealed this in a recent interview. Priyan’s usual mascots are Akshay and Govinda. Will he bring them aboard to helm this film or will the director have his pick from other top names in Bollywood? Only time will tell.
