National award winning actress Priyamani will get a chance to check her acting prowess, with three time National award winner Mammootty, in the new Renjith film.

Titled as ‘Pranchiyettan And The Saint’, this movie will for the first time unite Priyamani with the megastar Mammootty.

Mammootty will don the role of a rice vendor named Francis, based on Thrissur while Innocent will appear in the other title role of the saint. The movie which is planned as a satire is already the talk of the industry due to its curious title and fast preproduction works. ‘Pranchiyettan And The Saint’ produced by Capitol Theatres, is expected to go to floor by the last day of this month at Thrissur.

Meanwhile, rumours are also on that Priyamani is taking every step in her diary to grab a good chance to debut into Bollywood. She is said to have met many directors and actors with the intention of making it big in Bollywood.
