'Mallesham' and 'Loser' actor Priyadarshi has started shooting for a new film. Titled 'Kambalapally Kathalu', the entertainer has him in a bearded avatar.

"Starting today into the world of #KambalapallyKathalu as Hybath (sic)," the 'Pelli Choopulu' and 'Brochevarevarura' comedy actor tweeted out on Sunday. The film is being produced by Swapna Cinema of 'Mahanati' fame. The banner is also bankrolling a couple of other interesting movies, including Dulquer Salmaan's multi-lingual with director Hanu Raghavapudi.

Talking about the new project, Priyadarshi added, "It is a movie which eventually will get a sequel. For now, it’s 'Kambalapally Kathalu Chapter - 1 Mail'."

The actor awaits the release of 'Jathi Rathnalu', directed by Anudeep KV and also featuring Naveen Polishetty and Rahul Ramakrishna. He is doing Prabhas' 'Radhe Shyam' and Allari Naresh's 'Naandhi' as well.
