As reported earlier, actor Mohanlal is currently filming for ‘Bro Daddy’, the second directorial of actor Prithviraj, who is also playing an important role in the movie. After 'Arabikkadalinte Simham', which is yet to get released, actress Kalyani Priyadarshan is once again teaming up with Mohanlal with this movie. As you know, Kalyani's father Priyadarshan, a prominent filmmaker, and Mohanlal are besties and their friendship dates back to their college times. The duo had made several classic superhits in Malayalam cinema.

On seeing Kalyani sharing screen space with Mohanlal, Priyadarshan turned emotional and the proud dad penned a note for his daughter. “Its one of the greatest moment God has gifted me today, my daughter Kalyani acted with my boon companion Mohanlal. Thanks to Prithviraj and Antony,” Priyadarshan shared along with a picture.

‘Bro Daddy’ went on floors on July 15 in Hyderabad. Touted to be a fun family drama, the movie has an ensemble cast of Mohanlal, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Meena, Lalu Alex, Murali Gopy, Kaniha, and Soubin Shahir. Written by Sreejith N and Bibin Maliekal, the movie's cinematography is by Abhinandan Ramanujam. Music is by Deepak Dev.
