Ace filmmaker Priyadarshan will be teaming up with actor-producer Udhayanidhi for a Kollywood project. The news was officially announced by Udhayanidhi himself on his Twitter page. "Happy to announce my next project with director Priyadarshan sir! Produced by Moonshot Entertainment Santosh sir," tweeted Udhayanidhi. This is the first time Udhay will be collaborating with an iconic director.

Touted to be an entertainer, the movie will go on floors very soon. As the project is at nascent stages, the team will be divulging more details only after finalizing the cast and crew.

Meanwhile, Priyadarshan is also prepping up for the Hindi remake of his own Malayalam blockbuster "Oppam". Udhayanidhi who was last seen in "Saravanan Irukka Bayamen" is currently awaiting the release of his two Tamil films "Podhuvaga En Manasu Thangam" and "Ippadai Vellum".
