A day ago, actress Priya Prakash Varrier took to her Instagram page to share an adorable birthday wish for dancer-actor Nakul Thampi, who is still recovering from a major car accident that happened on January 5.

"Dear Nakul, You’re 21 today.I don’t know where and how to start thanking you for being there for me.I can’t believe that it’s almost one year since we met.
