Priya Bhavani Shankar, who has successfully made the swtich to movies from the small screen is one of the busiest actresses around. It is well known that Priya is in a long time relationship with her boyfriend Rajavel and the couple recently moved into their dream beach house in Chennai.
Priya's new movie 'Bommai' directed by Radha Mohan and starring S.J. Suryah who is also the producer is releasing in theaters on June 16th. At a promotional event the anchor asked Priya if she used to play with dolls in her young age. Pat came her reply "I never played with dolls much when I was a child. You know I fell in love at the age of 18 and right from that time I used to tell my boyfriend (Rajavel) not to waste money buying something like a teddy bear for example which most girls love. Similarly I told him not to buy me flowers as they will wither by the time he get them into my hands. I was instead okay with him buying me different food to eat during our meetings."
The male fans of PBS are lauding her as a good girl and are commenting that their girlfriends demand costly things from them. The talented actress is currently starring in half a dozen films that include Kamal Haasan's 'Indian 2', Vishal's 34th film directed by Hari, 'Demonte Colony 2' and 'Aranmanai 4'. She is also rumoured to be in talks for playing one of the female leads in Vijay's 'Thalapathy 68' directed by Venkat Prabhu.
