On Saturday, actor Prithviraj took to his social media handle to welcome actor Arjun Ashokan on board the upcoming film 'Kaduva'. Sharing a picture of Arjun from the set of the movie, Prithvi wrote, "Welcome on board Arjun @arjun_ashokan One of the most exciting young actors in Malayalam Cinema! #KADUVA Shoot in progress!"

The shoot of 'Kaduva' is progressing at a brisk pace. It was recently Prithvi's wife Supriya shared a glimpse of Prithviraj as Kaduvakunnel Kuruvachan from the sets of the movie and the short video went viral on the internet too.

Touted to be an action-packed mass entertainer, Shaji Kailas is directing the film which is produced by Prithviraj Productions along with Listin Stephen’s Magic Frames. Bollywood star Vivek Oberoi has been signed to play a prominent role in the film, thus marking his second onscreen collaboration with Prithviraj after Lucifer.

‘Kaduva’, which marks the comeback of senior filmmaker Shaji Kailas after a long gap of 6 years, also stars Sai Kumar, Siddique, Janardhanan, Aju Varghese, Rahul Madhav, Vijayaraghavan, Samyuktha Menon, Seema, Kochu Preman, and Priyanka. Vridhi Vishal, the adorable child artist who became viral after her sensational dancing at a marriage function, has been cast as Prithviraj’s daughter in the film. Jakes Bejoy is handling the music department and the camera is cranked by Abinandhan Ramanujam.
