Actor Prithviraj's much-awaited movie 'Aadujeevitham' directed by Blessy, which marks his return, is all set to release in cinemas on October 20. The film, distributed by Magic Frames the movie's story is an adaptation of Benyamin's best-selling novel from 2008. Prithviraj portrays the character of Najeeb, a Malayali immigrant who was lured into a false job promise in West Asia, and later forced to look after goats on a farm in Saudi Arabia. In a poster that went viral on social media, Prithviraj is seen with an unkempt beard and long hair, symbolizing the tough life of a man struggling to survive in harsh desert conditions. The cast of Aadujeevitham includes Prithviraj Sukumaran, Amala Paul, Jimmy Jean-Louis, and Rik Aby.
The movie, which marks the first collaboration between National Award-winning director Blessy and Prithviraj faced many delays in its production due to the global pandemic but finally finished production a few months ago. The survival drama has music composed by Oscar winner A.R Raham, making it the third Malayalam movie the composer has worked on. The cinematography for the movie has been handled by Sunil K. S. and K. U. Mohanan and editing is by A. Sreekar Prasad.
As per the reports, the movie will hit theaters worldwide on October 20, 2023.
