After making an entry into B-town with Aaiyaa, south star Prithviraj Sukumaran is all set to woo audience with his second Hindi film with Yash Raj Films Arjun Kapoor starrer Aurangzeb. While he is gradually finding his hold in the big, glittering world of Bollywood, Prithviraj is quite willing to go ahead and make a film.
Talks are that Prithviraj will be soon approaching megastar Amitabh Bachchan with a films script, which is in fact adapted from his Malayalam film 'Ayalum Njanum Thammil'. The film, directed by Lal Jose, had Prithviraj in lead along with an ensemble cast and the film was a huge hit, besides earning the actor loads of appreciations for his performance. Apparently Prithviraj bought the rights of the film and is interested to make it in Hindi with Big B in lead.
Confident about making a good impression in Hindi as well with the film, the actor is glad that he has bought the rights of the film and its like a first step in building the project. Prithviraj is hoping that his new venture will soon attract interested parties, "I have started showing the film to few people over here. Let's hope that they have the same kind of interest that I do and hopefully, I get a draft written in English that I will take to Mr. Bachchan to read it." We wish Prithviraj good luck for the film.
Released last year in October, 'Ayalum Njanum Thammil' is a medical drama.
