Mollywood star Prithviraj made his acting debut with the movie Nandanam alongside Navya Nair. Directed by Ranjith, the movie was released on December 20, 2002. The actor was 19 when he made his debut and partway through his bachelor’s degree at the University of Tasmania when he got a call from director Ranjith, asking him to appear for a screen test.
Taking a walk down the memory lane, Prithviraj recently penned an emotional note recollecting his cinema journey.
Sharing a picture from the sets of 'Nandanam' Prithviraj wrote, "This photo was taken on the day of #Nandanam pooja. A good year or so before the film finally released (was my third release though it was my first film). I had no clue what life had in store for me in the coming years then. All that I knew was that I got something to keep myself occupied during the summer break before going back to college. Never went back to college..and that thing I got to keep myself occupied, well..that occupies all that I am now. Sometimes..you just have to trust the flow..coz these waters have a way of taking you to where you’re meant to be! ??"
Meanwhile, the actor had already proved himself not only as an actor by also a singer and director. The actor's next movie is the ambitious Blessy directorial 'Aadujeevitham' .
