Prithviraj, Mamta Mohandas and Unni Mukundan team up for an ambitious movie

For the past many days, there have been speculations doing that actor Prithviraj will be teaming up with renowned cinematographer and director Ravi K Chandran for the Malayalam remake of Bollywood superhit 'Andhadhun'.
Putting an end to rumours, the team has now made an official announcement regarding the project. Titled 'Bramam', the upcoming film will feature Prithviraj in the lead role along with Unni Mukundan, Mamtha Mohandas, Raashi Khanna, Surabhi Lakshmi, Ananya, yesteryear actor Shankar, Jagadish and Sudheer Karamana in pivotal roles.
Sarath Balan scripts the film, while editing is by Sreekar Prasad. Music is by Jakes Bejoy. The shooting will commence from January 27. More details are awaited.
Andhadhun, directed by Sreeram Raghavan, starred Ayushmann Khurrana, Rabu and Radhika Apte in the lead roles. The black-comedy thriller was a superhit at the box-office and is one of the most acclaimed films in Indian cinema in recent years. The film won several awards including three at the national level.
Meanwhile, the Tamil remake of Andhadhun which has been titled Andhagan went on the floors recently. Directed by JJ Fredrick, the remake stars Prashanth and Simran in the lead roles.
